Achievements from DLC-I, II & III
The programme has served 153 participants from seven interactive centres all over India with various knowledge and information based sessions on NRM. Through this programme IBRAD has directly intervened in more than 150 remote villages where the participants of the programme have identified Self Initiated Community Organizers (SICO), who are voluntarily working for the conservation and preservation of natural resources in their respective areas.

During this six months period the students located at far distant places have not only understood the concepts, principles and emerging issues of NRM like concepts of Ecology, Global, National and State policies on NRM, Social skills for Community Management, Participatory Micro planning, Micro Water Management, Biodiversity Assessment, etc., but they have also operationalised the concepts through project works in the actual field along with data analysis and report writing
