Interactive Centres

In addition to the students correspondence with IBRAD directly, the organization has selected few interactive centers for the students' convenience. A student will be attached to the interactive centre with which he/she finds easiest to communicate.

The interactive centres are supposed to act as IBRAD's representative, assist the students in their dissertation work and conduct regular examinations on behalf of IBRAD. There are interactive centres in different regions of India. (i) Seva Mandir in Udaipur, Rajasthan, (ii) North Orissa Network for NRM (NON) Joshipur, Orissa (iii) Madhya Pradesh Vigyan Sabha in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, (iv) Madhya Pradesh Vigyan Sabha in Chhatishgarh (v) Gana Chetana in Keonjhar, Orissa, (vi) VIKSAT, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, (vi) Centre for Peoples Forestry in Andhra Pradesh.  

The role of the Interactive Centre has been listed below.

  • The ICs carry out proceedings of the Personal Contact Programme (PCP) once, in every two-month.
  • They serve as a distinct field for having case study for every student.
  • Provide the students with computer facility to view the CD on Micro Planning.
  • They conduct monthly examinations every month - the question papers are sent by IBRAD
  • They keep the material sent by IBRAD safely till dispatched to the students and/or IBRAD.
They arrange for sessions with Government department with the assistance of IBRAD to enhance functioning of the students.
