Three day Training Workshop for the Community Leaders, 6th -8th December, 2010

A three day training program on issues related to NRM based livelihood planning for the Community Leaders was held from 6th to 8th December, 2010 at IBRAD Campus, Kolkata under program SANCALP. A total of 29 Community Leaders participated in the program from seven states namely Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Orissa and West Bengal. Some of the important criteria through which they have been selected for this training program were: 

1. tangible changes brought in the field
2. leadership quality to involve number of people,
3. Presentation skills like clarity, content and communication.
