IBRADs green eco-friendly campus is a refuge from the doldrums of city life yet in the city itself. Situated in a lush green three acres landscape, the IBRAD campus is only five K.M. away from the Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport, Kolkata on the IBRAD Road, just opposite VIP Road, Kestopur. IBRAD has committed to adopting and implementing a sustainability strategy at its campus through reducing waste and pollution and initiating lifestyle changes such as the cultivation of organic vegetables, production of organic fertilisers and biopesticides, drip irrigation, the establishment of herbal gardens, use of solar energy which promote in developing a “Green Campus” as a model.

IBRAD campus is used to demonstrate how to confront the issues posed by Climate Change by providing solutions. The staff members, trainees and students are actively engaged in developing the campus as a demonstrative model of climate actions.

Training and Conference Halls
The institute has well-equipped air-conditioned conference Halls with the capacity to accommodate 50 and 100 participants and two classrooms that can accommodate 60 students each.
Besides, the training sessions and breakout sessions are organised in the open-air landscape of the campus.

IBRAD’S library has a collection of books and other materials maintained for reading, consultation, study and research.
The Library with its modern collection of information resources and innovative information services plays a vital role in the intellectual pursuits of IBRAD’s academic community. With a collection of books in addition to journals, our library is reckoned as one of the best in the city in the field of NRM, JFM and Sustainable development.
Library holds a rich collection of books of more than 1200 titles, subscription of nearly 35 printed journals, databases, audio-visual, e-journals, case studies, conference proceedings, etc.
Computer Laboratory
IBRAD is committed to providing state-of-art technology in the form of its computer centre. The Computer laboratory has broadband Internet access, and an audio-visual laboratory with video-conferencing facilities.

Accommodation facilities
The institute has the facility of accommodating 100 participants on sharing basis. It also has AC dormitories that can accommodate 20 participants.
