Dr. Raktima Mukhopadhyay
Executive DirectorDr. Mukhopadhyay has done MSc and PhD in Geography and is associated with IBRAD since 1991. She has been involved in designing and implementing various action research projects of IBRAD and is conducting training for different stakeholders across the country and at the international level. She is leading the team of IBRAD for the implementation of its projects and programs.
Dr. Sourav Dutta
Project OfficerHe has done MSc in Molecular Bioengineering and PhD in Plant Biotechnology and is associated with IBRAD since 2021. He is involved in the implementation and monitoring of different projects of IBRAD related to climate-resilient livelihood and ecosystem restoration.
Debasish Hajra
Program ManagerHe has done his post-graduation in MSW and has been associated with IBRAD since 2019. He is acting as the Program Manager of IBRAD for implementing Livelihood Development project, particularly for the tribal community members in the district of Bankura, West Bengal.
Prosanta Ray
Training and Documentation CoordinatorHe has done his post-graduation in MSW and is associated with IBRAD since 2013. He is involved in community capacity building of the Water User Association and Self help Groups.
Prashanta Maji
Agriculture/Water Management ExpertHe has done BSc in Agriculture and is associated with IBRAD since 2019. He is involved in capacity building of the farmers for transfer of new technologies for agriculture and horticulture activities and their adoption through establishment of Demonstration Plots and upscaling the activities.
Soumen Ganguly
Diploma EngineerHe has done his Diploma in Civil Engineering and is associated with IBRAD since 2015. He is involved in technical feasibility analysis and facilitating implementation of the minor irrigation projects.
Chowdhury Aminul Haque
Project AssociateHe has done his post-graduation in Social Work (MSW) with specialization in ‘Women and child Development’ and is associated with IBRAD since 2020. Presently he is pursuing Post Graduate Diploma in Sustainable Tribal Development Management. He is involved in implementation different projects of IBRAD.
Niutan Dalnayak
Project Associate Cum Admin AssistantHe has done an MSc in Anthropology and an MA in Community Development and is involved in Sustainable Tribal Development projects of IBRAD
Mangaldip Chanda
Assistant Fishery ExpertHe has done Bachelor of Industrial Fish & Fisheries and an MSc in Zoology. Mangaldip has been associated with IBRAD since 2022 and is involved in capacity building of the villagers for the transfer of new technologies for pisciculture, conservation of Indigenous breeds and their adoption through the establishment of Demonstration Plots and upscaling the activities.
Suvra Hazra Mallik
Community Capacity Building SpecialistShe has done Bachelor of Arts and has been associated with IBRAD in different capacities since 2006. She is involved in the capacity building and training of the community members under different projects of IBRAD
Bijoy Kumar Rout
Project AssistantHe has done a Master of Arts and has been associated with IBRAD since 2021. Bijoy is involved in community mobilization and community capacity building of the PVTG communities in Mayurbhanj district, Odisha.
Aswini Kumar Mahata
Livestock ExpertHe has done DVSC & AH and is associated with IBRAD as a Livestock Expert for the implementation of its project related to tribal livelihood development at Bankura district, West Bengal.
Sandip Kumar Paul
Team Leader and Community Mobilisation ExpertHe is associated with IBRAD as Team Leader u. nder West Bengal ADMI Project in Bankura district. He has done PG Diploma in Rural Development and has more than 15 years of experience in implementing different livelihood development projects and programs in different states of India
